What makes these stamps different is the way each character has been designed without the usual solid block behind the letter. This means you can actually see the full shape of the letter as you position it on the clay, making it much easier to judge spacing, alignment and placement before you press.
That small design detail makes a surprisingly big difference when building up names, words and messages one letter at a time.
Each individual character also has its own integrated hand-held post, so there is no separate handle to fit and no need to assemble letters into a holder before use. Simply select the character you need, position it, press, and move on to the next.
The set includes uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers, giving you plenty of flexibility for names, dates, initials, words and personalised pieces.
Everything is supplied in a custom-made lidded storage case, with a labelled position for each character. This keeps the set protected, makes letters quick to find while you are working, and makes it easy to see where each one belongs afterwards.
The lettering font style is in the relaxed Comic Sans design, with uppercase letters measuring approximately 10mm high and lowercase letters averaging around 7mm high.
