Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your pottery tools! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Just make sure the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and that you have proof of purchase.
To start a return, simply email us at admin@pottr.co.uk—we’ll guide you through the process.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible so we can sort it out for you. If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back.
Please note: Items returned without contacting us first can’t be accepted.
Exchanges
Need a different item? The quickest way is to return your original order and place a new order once your return is accepted.
International Returns
We’re happy to accept international returns, but we’re unable to cover return shipping costs for customers outside the UK.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
- If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return your order, no questions asked. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please get in touch at admin@pottr.co.uk—we’ll be happy to check for you!
