135mm Flora Victoriana clay pottery texture roller - multi level depth and repeatable seamless pattern

The 135mm Flora Victoriana roller creates a floral pattern inspired by traditional Victorian designs. The layout repeats cleanly, so it can be rolled across a slab without visible joins.

There’s depth in the pattern, which gives areas for glaze to settle and break across the surface, helping bring out the detail.

The roller has a matte surface to help it release cleanly from the clay without sticking.

You can choose between embossed or debossed, depending on how you want the pattern to sit in the clay. Both options are available together at a reduced price if you’d like to keep both effects on hand.

A handle is available for the 135mm rollers, helping to apply even pressure and keep the surface consistent across the slab.

Please note: rollers may arrive in different colours, and some variation can occur across the roller itself. This has no effect on the clay impression.

Tip: If your clay is still quite wet rather than leather hard, a light dusting of cornflour on the surface can help prevent sticking. This will burn off during firing.
