Embossed or Debossed

To achieve a 'raised up' pattern effect on the clay (as you see in the main image) choose the EMBOSSED option. To achieve a depressed pattern effect into the clay, choose the DEBOSSED option. 

Both options are available together at a reduced price if you’d like to keep both effects on hand.

We recommend the additional roller handle designed specifically for our 135 rollers providing an even pressure for optimal results and a perfect surface finish every time.

*Note that the roller may come in a different colour. Colours may vary, even along the roller. Obviously the colour does not affect the final clay impression.

*Tip: If your clay is wet to the touch rather than 'leather hard', a common practice is to use a sprinkling of cornflour on the clay surface before rolling (the cornflour will burn off in the firing).
